Step One: Design

A complete vision for the project starts with design. We can create your vision and guide you to making the best choices that fit your budget. With the help of our award-winning lead designer, Maggie Glass, she can transform your space into a functional reality. Through conversation and the initial appointment, you will become a part of the process. We will take measurements, photos, and thoroughly go over the scope of work in question.

Step Two: Budget

Budget can play a BIG factor in getting what you need versus what you want. We will help determine your goals, needs, and desires to make your remodel come to life. This will also help with the final quote or estimate that we will structure for you. During this time, we ask for a “good faith” design deposit that you will have applied toward the initial payment should you choose CHS. A lot of hours will go into a basic quote and design process. The amount depends on the scope of work.

Step Three: Interior Design Plans

Through detailed and creative planning, 3D elevations and renderings will allow you to see your desired new space. We will also take this time to discuss costs and materials and the quote. Any changes may affect the quote and the final price.

Step Four: Commitment

Commitment is the final step in the process. This is a mutual step of respect and trust. When acceptance payment is made, the custom schedule for your remodel begins. Through various scheduling, we stay in constant communication with you throughout the project. We will start with pre-demo meetings, demo, all rough ins, all inspections, scheduling all subs and employees to create your beautiful new design. We work to leave the space daily in a broom-swept and clean order. We strive to maintain minimal stress to you and your family.
